What are you wearing?
I am wearing a MbyM denim suit, Ami-M jacket with Jaylon-M jeans. White t-shirt is also Mbym Julie-M GG. Styled it with black Kangol Faux Fur Bucket hat and as accessories I’m having our new Topologie Bottle Sacoche bag plus the rope strap 8.0mm in black lattice. For a little pop of red, I chose Vagabond’s Delia shoes.
Why did you choose these items?
With fall just around the corner, I went for darker colours and added some layers with the denim jacket. It matches perfectly with the Jaylon-M jeans, which has a very comfortable fit. I fell in love with the denim suit, as it looks classic, yet timeless. It'd be a great going-out outfit, but it would also work great as workwear because. I picked the furry bucket hat for a a stylish twist, but also to keep me warm. Not too warm though... I'm from Finland, so I am always a little warm here in the Netherlands. Thats why I added the Julie-M GG as a base layer. I really like the fabric of this shirt because it's super light and airy. The red Vagabond shoes go hand in hand with this denim suit. But I'd also pair it with boots, sneakers or ballerinas! Oh and a bag is always a must for me. I added the new Topologie bag because I love it's functionality and the subtle red details. The bag fits all my essentials and even my 500ml Nalgene bottle! No need to dangle it from the side, just slide it in-between!
What is the nr. 1 item on your Funkie House wishlist?
I would probably go for the Carhartt Brandon pants or the DrDenim Hill pants. I think those two are my staple pieces and will always be on my wishlist.
What is your all time favourite brand and why?
Oh, all time favourite? Damn... In that case I must go with Carhartt. Always good looking, timeless and veeeery durable. Also most of the colours are suitable for my likings, I’d rate it 10/10!
What do you do in your spare time?
I love traveling, so I'm trying to do that as much as I can. Now I live in the Netherlands (a little bit closer to other countries in Europe than Finland), it makes it easier to visiting different cities with either my friends or just me myself and I!
